Error Example:The error appears when Cloud Connector MMC is started. MMC could not create the snap-in. Cause:In some rare cases, this issue was caused by installation issues. In most cases, however, this is caused by having too many connections available in the left-hand menu. While there is no hard limitation when it comes to the number of connections that can be created, every time the MMC (UI) is loaded it will consume more system resources, the more connections there are. Resolution/Workaround:If you know that you have many connections available you can navigate to path C:\ProgramData\Layer2 Cloud Connector\Connections on the Cloud Connector host machine and remove some of the connections. You can store them in subfolders in this directory - note that folders and content of subfolders is not loaded in the connection list.
If you don't have too many connections please un- and reinstall the Layer2 Cloud Connector. |
